"The existence of Zomi nationality does not depend on the recognition, rejection and even the refusal of the outsiders (i.e, the Electon Commissions and other concern parties in the case of ZNC). ZOMI does not exist because of them (the Burmese authority) nor does it die down (extinct) because of the refusal of the Myanmar government.

Zomi has long been existed since time immemorial and it is our historic name our forefathers have been using. The refusal for registration of ZNC does not effect or diminish the existence of Zomi as a nation and people. It (the rejection/ refusal of the authority) won't even effect from pursuing & fulfilling the visions and missions of GZA as a global movement for the Zomi peoples. We are not seeking for the registration and recognition of the Burmese Government nor the election commissions.

We are determined and no one, no organization/ party or government can stop us from chasing "THE ZOMI DREAM" for our people through Global Zomi Alliance (GZA)!
