 n on June 26, 2005, said attorney AS Dhaliwal, who represents three of
  the accused.\n\nThe men had pleaded innocent, saying they were presen
 t during the street clash between rival Burmese gangs but were not inv
 olved in killing Sadib, Dhaliwal said.\n\nProsecution witnesses, inclu
 ding Husin's brother, who was at the scene, testified that they saw th
 e six men assaulting Husin.\n\nThe six will appeal, Dhaliwal said.\n\n
 Malaysia has a mandatory death penalty for various offenses including
